Do I need a referral?
A referral is not essential as you can self-refer. You can pay privately or access private health insurance but you will not be eligible for Medicare rebates.
Please note that for certain mental health conditions, you may need to work with other health professionals (like a GP or dietitian) to ensure that you receive the best care.
What are the fees and rebates?
Initial session 90mins: $380 ($400 after hours appointments)Subsequent individual sessions 50mins: $255 ($280 after hours appointments)Family/Couples sessions 50-60 mins: $280 ($300 after hours appointments)

With a Mental Health Care Plan, you are entitled to 10 sessions per calendar year. You are required to see your GP after session 6 to receive an additional 4 sessions.
With an Eating Disorders Care Plan, you are entitled to 40 sessions every 12 months. You are required to see your GP after session 10 to receive an additional 10 sessions. After session 20, a psychiatrist review is required to access an additional 20 sessions.
Please note that this is NOT a bulk billing practice.

How is payment taken?
- You can pay using credit or debit card on the day of the appointment.
- For the first appointment, we take full payment upon booking in line with our cancellation policy.
- For telehealth appointments, payments are processed on the morning of the appointment.
- All clients are required to provide credit or debit card details with consent and preauthorisation in place. All card details are stored securely in our payment portal.
- You can use either the stored card to pay for your appointment or use another method of payment.
- Late cancellations, reschedules and no shows will be charged to the card on file per the cancellation policy. Medicare rebates do not apply for cancelled appointments.
- You are required to pay in full at the time of the appointment and claim your rebate via Medicare.

What is your cancellation policy?
- We require 2 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellation, rescheduling or no-show will incur full fee payment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your sessions, please do so with as much notice as possible.
- If you are unable to attend in person for any reason, a telehealth session will be offered. An SMS/email reminder will be sent to you 3 days prior to your appointment. Please note this service is a courtesy only and you are responsible for remembering your appointment date and time.
In the event of a documented emergency (accident or hospital admission), the cancellation fee will not apply.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your sessions, please do so with as much notice as possible.
